Return and Refund Policy:
Returns and refunds of prints are accepted if the request is made within 14 days of delivery of the product. All products must be returned at the buyer’s expense and MUST be in original condition to receive a refund.

If a product arrives damaged, please contact me with photos of the damage and I will happily supply a replacement. There is no refund for personal commissions or specialized orders.

In the event of non-delivery, contact me with your order number and tracking, if applicable. In the US, for standard shipping, please allow up to 2 weeks for a missing package; international, please allow up to 8 weeks. Weather, customs, or other circumstances may sometimes delay a package.
